Today I'll begin anew!

Today I'll begin anew.
Maybe even forget wounds few.

Today I'll close my eyes some,
Maybe even not sense bitterness numb.

Today I'll not let hate pour,
Maybe even watch joy soar.

Today I'll write words few,
Maybe even weave a tale true.

Today I'll not let tears drop,
Maybe even not let my heart sob.

Today I'll begin anew,
Yes, today I'll begin anew!
